This freshly remodeled, 1.5 bedroom/1 bath condo has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in New Smyrna Beach. This nicely furnished, spacious unit comfortably sleeps 5. It features a great room with a LoveSac convertible sleeper sofa and love seat with ottomans and the dining area seats 6 comfortably for meals or games. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to fix meals or bring in take-out from the many local restaurants. Enjoy the ocean breezes and views while sitting on your private balcony.
After a day of fun in the sun, retreat to the master bedroom which features a comfortable king-size bed, Smart TV with cable and streaming Apps, a desk and walk-in closet. The unit also features a LoveSac convertible sleeper sofa and a cozy room with a twin bed.
The unit features wifi, cable and Apps for all of your favorite streaming channels on Smart TV’s and a DVD player with fun hit movies available. There are also games, cards and books for your enjoyment. The outside storage locker, comes stocked with all your beach needs including beach chairs, umbrellas, kids beach toys, noodles and coolers. There are also beach towels and a beach blanket available to use.
This family-friendly, oceanfront complex located on the no-drive beach features private beach access, 2 seasonally heated Olympic size pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, 2 grills, 2 shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The laundry room is located directly around the corner from the unit. Your assigned parking space has upfront parking next to the entrance and elevator- which is near the unit on the 2nd floor. Sea Coast Garden III is a very well maintained direct oceanfront complex conveniently located across the street from several restaurants, an ice cream shop, liquor store and grocery store.

Great Condo
The cheery, comfortable condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a quiet corner unit. I liked that the condo did not have a lot of clutter. The condo was decorated with well thought out furniture placement to make the best use of the space. It was clean and easy to keep. The building and grounds are well kept and the staff is friendly. I would rent there again. It was most enjoyable. Weather was wonderful both weeks. Wish I had rented for longer.

Great condo and nicely decorated.
Has a queen Sleeper sofa that was very comfortable to sleep on. Master is large with a king bed and large closet. The property is very nice as well. Would stay at sea coast gardens again.

What a great condo!
Stayed here in August. What a great condo! Spacious, beachy, very clean with a complete and well stocked kitchen, which was important to me during this time of covid. It’s convenient to everything that makes NSB such a great place to vacation.

The location is perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect! Very spacious for a 1 bedroom. Love the little bunk room- it was perfect for our daughter. We were able to put her to bed and still enjoy watching TV or sitting out on the balcony. The little touches like the welcome basket with some snacks, water bottles and coffee for the coffee maker were very thoughtful. The pool and the complex are very well maintained. Looking forward to coming back and staying here instead of a hotel.

Cute and spacious condo.
Such a cute and spacious condo. It is nicely decorated, very clean and has everything you need. One of the nice parts is the location- the condo is beachside on the no-drive beach and right across the street from some restaurants, a grocery store and ice cream shop. Not a far drive to Flagler and Canal. The beach closet is stocked with all the beach necessities. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning and wine at night! Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo and close to everything!
Love the location of this cute condo. It is on the non-driving section of NSB so great for kids or for walking on the beach without having to worry about traffic. The condo was super clean and comfortable and has everything anyone would need for an amazing long week or week at New Smryna Beach.
